We are so excited about THE EVENT coming up on April 1st! Aaron Kelly, Bryan Pound, James Simms, and Reaction! Free Admission! It's going to be a great night!
As I stood this morning in a circle of High School Students that had gathered to pray. I thought to myself, "Jesus sure is happy today!" Kids from all churches, teachers, youth pastors, and saints gathered to pray for our schools and our nation! I went to the school that I graduated from today. It was a cool experience. It is as if when we gathered for prayer today that there was this sense of, "Man, this is how it should be." The church standing...gathered in prayer unashamed! The funny thing is that when I was in school I never went to SYATP. God sure is awesome, the way he turns our lives around. As we prayed we were a beautiful mess of all different kinds...and I think Jesus was happy today. (Check This Out)
I am so proud of the students at revolution. This afternoon I was invited to come to one of our high school's FCA meetings and play guitar. One of our students is the President of the FCA and another is the Secretary! They are great. Today, I do not know how many students were in that room, but I know that it was great!
These students were unashamed to stand up for Jesus among their peers! As Tyler Medina, a student at revolution, was speaking, I thought to myself, "This is only the beginning for this young man." We have a world that needs Jesus. I believe that this generation of Students is going to take it to them. Needless to say, I am honored to be able to see Jesus work through students. I believe that we are going to see students recieve the Holy Spirit at an FCA meeting this year! Why Not?
Tomorrow is See You At the Pole! For the last 3 years I have been going to Central High School to help them lead the prayer...but the cool thing is that this year they are going to have no problem doing it by themselves. I am going to try to go to another High School in Madisonville to pray! I pray that God opens doors tomorrow!
Here are some pictures from today!
